Ultrafiltration is an ideal tool to use to improve non-cellular fluid management. The benefits of using ultrafiltration are the easy set-up and the reliable and consistent hemodilution management. Hemoconcentration permits an increase of tissue oxygenation, plasma albumin concentration and reduction of homologous blood usage.

The DHF hemoconcentrator is composed of a high permeability microporous hollow fiber membrane. 

The device is single-use, non-toxic, non-pyrogenic, supplied STERILE and packaged singly. Sterilized by ethylene oxide. The level of ethylene oxide residuals in the device is within limits established by national regulations in the country of use.
