With the ISIS IOM family of systems, inomed offers a complete package for multimodal intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring from MEPs to SSEPs. ISIS IOM systems impress with their high performance, ease of use, flexibility and variety of applications.
Three different systems are available to users - ISIS Xpert, ISIS Xpert plus and ISIS Xpress.
Maximum flexibility for complex neuromonitoring
The flexible configuration of measurement methods (EMG, MEP, SEP, EEG, AEP and VEP) and the possibility of combining different applications allow you to individually adapt the IOM to your clinical routine and examinations.
The modular structure of the system and the ability to flexibly combine different ISIS head boxes and ISIS neurostimulators means that the system can be individually configured for the specific requirements of intraoperative neuromonitoring and, as an option, to record microelectrodes for deep brain stimulation.

The powerful and modular systems ISIS Xpert, ISIS Xpert plus and ISIS Xpress come with a large number of pre-installed measurement programs, but still allow the user to create their own measurement programs.
A new generation of software to expand the scope of neuromonitoring
All ISIS Xpert systems are equipped with the new, particularly powerful NeuroExplorer 2019 software. Thanks to the new software modalities, NEX 2019 provides complete IOM solutions for various disciplines, for example in the field of pelvic surgery, patented by inomed throughout Germany. In addition, it offers memory space for numerous programs with individual measuring modalities.
