Control panels and gearbox
The 2nd stage pressure regulator block controls and isolates the medical gases that are supplied by the gas outlets. It contains reducers, shut-off valves (before and after the reducers), pressure gauges, gas specific connectors and low-high pressure switches, in accordance with EN ISO 7396-1, HTM 02-01 standards.
They are available for up to 6 gases, while the outlet flow at 4 bar is 26 - 438 m3/h.
Valve service area
Area valve service areas (AVSU) are installed for all gas and vacuum services in a visible and accessible place at the entrance to wards, theaters, intensive care units, recovery rooms, etc. The AVSU panel complies with EN ISO 7396-1. , HTM 02-01 standards and contains:
- Check valves (for use with oxygen)
- Pressure/Vacuum Gauge
- Gas specific connectors
- Pressure sensors (digital or transducers)
They are available for 1 - 6 gases and can be manufactured:
- with or without sensors (analogue or digital)
- with or without emergency gas outlet
- with or without alarm panel
All of them are placed in a galvanized metal box and covered with electrostatic paint.
